As we get ready to usher in the New Year, FundsTiger Team announces the launch of its new ChatBOT 2.0.
When we launched the first version of the ChatBOT, FundsTiger was the First FinTech company in India to do so. We were not really sure how this would be perceived as Conversational UX and ChatBOTs had not really caught on, particularly in FinTech space. But slowly but surely,FundsTiger ChatBOT on FB Messenger App caught on and we started getting a good number of Loan requests and enquiries. Some of them from even outside India 🙂
This in turn also helped us understand what customers wanted, what they were looking for, what questions they had in mind. These insights drove us to learn add more intelligence to our ChatBOT.
We have also added a new layer to handle Home Loan/Loan Against Property (LAP) queries and now customers can directly apply their Home Loan App over this Chat interface in addition to SME/Business Loans and Personal Loans.
The FundsTiger ChatBOT 2.0 continues to be available on FaceBook/Messenger App on Mobile as well as Web platform.
We have an exciting roadmap overall for the Tech but especially for the ChatBOT that we will be working on. But, more importantly we would like to hear from YOU our customers. So, try it and let us know, we are listening and will strive to make it better.
