Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for all the 6 categories have certain variations, however the most common eligibility for credit cards offered by ICICI bank are:
- Nationality Criteria: The credit card applicant must be an Indian national citizen.
- Age Criteria: To obtain credit cards, an applicant must be of certain age. The applicant’s age at the time of application for ICICI Credit Card should be of at least 23 years. The minimum age for an add-on card holder is 18 years.
- Income Eligibility Criteria: The applicant must have a minimum monthly salary of Rs.20,000. For applicants who are self-employed, the minimum annual income must be Rs.3 lakhs.
- Employment Eligibility Criteria: ICICI Banks credit cards can be availed by salaried as well as self-employed professionals.
- Past Record Eligibility Criteria: To hold a credit card, an applicant must have a clean credit record. He must have a good CIBIL score and all due payments for credit cards or loans should have a history of on-time payment.
- Identity Eligibility Criteria: To apply for ICICI Bank Credit card, an applicant must hold valid documents for:
- Address proof – (An official document which displays your current place of residence).
- Identity proofs including PAN Card, Voter’s ID, DL, Aadhaar Card, etc.
- Latest salary slips of 2 months or IT Returns.
